Setting Up Train Heroic for Online Use

  1. Download the trainheroic app on an apple or Android device by clicking the appropriate link:
  2. Click Create an Account
  3. Type in ONE of the access codes listed below (don’t worry you can add the others later!):
    1. HHSHOMEATHLETE (this is 5 days per week for at home athlete workouts)
    2. HHSHIIT (this is a high intensity interval training workout – 3 days per week)
    3. BWB (this is the body weight blitz program – 4 days per week)
    4. ATHLETEHHS (this is our weight lifting program)
    5. HHSSPEED101 (this is a speed development program)

If you already have the trainheroic app and set up an account, adding one or more of these codes is easy:

  1. Open the app and sign in
  2. Click the icon on the lower right corner
  3. Click the gear on the upper right corner
  4. Click my training
  5. Enter one or more of the access codes above
