Incoming 9th -Recent Grad Programming

If you are currently at HHS or entering HHS, and want to get more fit — this program is for you!  We will be offering an a la carte of fitness.   Muscle activation, breathing exercises to prevent fatigue, karate, zumba, yoga, weight training, and speed development will be options for your summer arsenal for improvement.  Make sure to check the calendar to see when everything is offered.  Girls and guys can get an appropriate experience learning about fitness and developing great habits and a healthy body. Session Details:

All H.S. sessions will be offered at HHS in the weight room, gymnasium, and outdoor facilities

You may attend any combination of fitness experiences — Make sure to check the schedule below to see start times for each routine.  If you are not sure what’s best for you, talk to Mr. Lulloff to help you devise a plan to meet your goals.

Sessions are Mondays – Thursdays (June 10th – July 18th)  No Session on July 4th!

Standard Session $60 includes t-shirt

Weekly Session Details by Day

Weight Training

5:40 AM - 10:30 AM

Weight Training will be open from 5:40 AM – 10:30 AM.  You will be free to do your workout that is provided on Trainheroic daily during these times.  This will take place in the weight room.

Speed Development

6:30 AM - 9:30 AM

Speed Development will be available on the track from 6:30 Am until 9:30 AM with different speed development start times every 15 minutes.  Speed Development start times are as follows: 6:30 AM, 6:45 AM, 7:00 AM, 7:15 AM, 7:30 AM, 7:45 AM, 8:00 AM, 8:15 AM, 8:30 AM, 8:45 AM, 9:00 AM, 9:15 AM.

O2 Advantage Training

7:15 AM - 7:45 AM

7:45 AM - 8:15 AM

Are you fatiguing or gassing out?  Check out the O2 Advantage!  There will repeat sessions on the O2 Advantage breathing techniques.  These techniques will allow you to increase your exertion with less effort!  These techniques give athletes the advantages of high altitude training and increase anaerobic and aerobic capacities.  This is cutting edge and will make you healthier and more capable in an athletic environment.  This training will take place in Gym C.

Pursuit Fitness

8:30 AM - 9:15 AM

Get pumped up with this core blasting, challenging but fun, circuit-style full body workout!  Burning calories, crushing fat, getting stronger, being more athletic, and having a fun time while you do it!  Don’t miss out on Nick J’s Pursuit core crushing class this summer at NASTIE!!

Weight Training

Yoga

8:30 AM - 9:15 AM

You won’t want to miss this session with Zen and Pow’s Steph Helmers!  Steph will be conducting Vinyasa Yoga which is a cutting edge yoga practice that gives you twice the benefits for the time you spend on the mat.  This method moves continuously from deep center meaning you will burn more calories, spark your fat-melting metabolism, and transform your whole body from the inside out!  Come check it out in Gym C.

RPR Deep Dive

Heard about RPR?  Don’t really understand it or buy into it?  Never heard of RPR?  Let us help you understand what you are missing out!  This one self activation technique can be game changing for athletes and non athletes alike!  You have the tools at your finger tips, now figure out exactly how to use them!  Come to Gym C to learn from Mr. Lulloff!

Karate

8:30 AM - 9:15 AM

Anne Nyseth will pack a punch with this class giving you the opportunity to learn karate basics (kicks, punches, and blocks).  This class will offer a smidge of self defense and katas (series of blocks, kicks, and punches).  You know Anne will bring high energy and fun content, so come to Gym C and check it out!
