It is important for our younger kids to develop solid movement patterns to enhance life and athletics. This programming is designed to strengthen the core and focus on fundamental movements. It’s the perfect precursor to a high school weight training program as everything we do is age appropriate (using body weight) and leads to correct weight training forms and core development!
Session Details:
All middle aged sessions will be offered at HHS in the gymnasium
3 Sessions to pick from: You may attend any session on any given day!
Sessions are Mondays – Thursdays (June 10th – July 18th) No Session on July 4th!
7:00 AM – 8:00 AM
8:15 AM – 9:15 AM
9:30 AM – 10:30 AM
Standard Session $60 includes programming and t-shirt
** The last week will be held outside at HHS due to gymnasiums having the floor redone!
